The seam coil comes with a galvanized iron screw, nut, glower, and iron washer. Its function is to amplify the reading signal of the magnetic field and facilitate the detection of the magnet for correct rope pitch control.
It works in conjunction with the CT-2R seam detector and the Teflon magnet.
